Own Student Progress

  • Monitor and adjust student programs
  • Ensure materials and plans are accurate and up to date
  • Step in to teach when needed

Manage Testing & Programs

  • Administer and review student testing (AEs, ITs, etc.)
  • Ensure programs are properly prescribed

Support & Lead Teachers

  • Help train and guide part-time teachers
  • Build schedules and ensure proper coverage
  • Maintain a positive, team-focused environment

Operations & Organization

  • Manage schedules, attendance, and make-ups
  • Maintain student records and organization
  • Keep the center structured and running efficiently

Parent Communication

  • Provide updates on student progress
  • Participate in conferences
  • Build strong relationships with families

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Comfortable working with students and parents
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

Preferred (not required):

  • Teaching, tutoring, or education experience
  • Experience working with children or teens

Position Details
  • Part-Time: ~30 hours per week
  • Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and some Saturdays
  • Location: Lakeland, FL
  • Pay: $17–$18/hour (based on experience)

Why This Role Matters

You will directly impact students’ confidence, academic skills, and long-term success.
