About Us

Magic Smell is a luxury fragrance kiosk located in The Woodlands Mall, offering designer and niche perfumes. We're a small, fast-moving team where great salespeople are rewarded directly for their results.

Flexible Hours That Work for You

We build the schedule around your availability — whether you're a student, have another job, or just want extra income. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available. Tell us when you can work, and we'll make it happen.

What You'll Do

  • Engage shoppers walking by the kiosk and introduce them to our fragrances
  • Recommend scents based on customer preferences and close sales
  • Process transactions on our point-of-sale system (Clover — we'll train you)
  • Keep the kiosk display clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Hit daily and weekly sales goals (commission paid on top of hourly)

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident personality—you're comfortable starting conversations with strangers
  • Sales or retail experience preferred, but attitude matters more than résumé
  • Reliable and punctual when scheduled
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Interest in fragrance is a bonus—we'll teach you the products
