Join the Hair Saloon Team as a Saloon Coordinator (Front Desk Guest Service Attendant) Part-Time | Afternoon / Evenings & Saturday Shifts Required

A Better Guest Experience Starts With You As a Saloon Coordinator, youโ€™re the first and last point of contact for our guests and that makes you essential to the Hair Saloon experience. This is more than a receptionist role. Youโ€™ll lead the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and elevated. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to build relationships will set the tone for everything we do.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Greet every guest with a warm welcome

Manage the guest experience from check-in to check-out

Book appointments, answer phones, and handle monetary transactions

Keep the front of the Saloon organized and inviting

Support the team and maintain daily operations

Qualifications

No previous experience necessary

Available weekday afternoons/evenings ( M-TH 4-8 PM, F 4-6 PM) & Saturdays (7 AM - 4 PM)

16+ years old (or have a valid work permit)

Year-round position - not seasonal
