Job description

Job Title: Pricing Data Analyst
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Compensation: $30.00/hr
Type: 3-month contract
Responsibilities
  • Support Product Line Management activities across the full product lifecycle, from new product introduction and portfolio maintenance to phase-out.
  • Contribute to portfolio complexity, profitability, and performance transparency by preparing analyses, maintaining portfolio overviews, and supporting follow-up actions with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional raw material shortage and risk management by preparing product impact overviews, tracking mitigation actions, and helping coordinate input from Supply Chain, Purchasing, Product Development, Sales, and PLM.
  • Prepare and maintain Product Line Management tools, reports, and working files, including portfolio baselines, phase-out lists, target portfolio trackers, product classification files, and master data follow-up lists.
  • Assist with operational PLM tasks such as IDH/RSN reviews, product creation and phase-out follow-up, master data checks, preparation of meeting materials, and documentation of decisions and next steps.
  • Support strategic portfolio initiatives, including target portfolio definition, promote range reviews, complexity reduction, product rationalization, and implementation tracking in close collaboration with PLM, Sales, Application Engineering, Product Development, Sustainability, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to work with data, derive insights, and prepare clear summaries for decision-making
  • Interest in Product Line Management, portfolio management and pricing, with motivation to learn in a cross-functional and international environment
  • Clear and collaborative communication style, with confidence in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and concise stakeholder updates
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SAP, or data visualization tools is a plus
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on open items, and support documentation quality
