Data Analyst Engineer

Position Summary: The Data Analyst Engineer is responsible for supporting data‑driven decision‑making and documentation processes by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting system and operational data. This role will work closely with engineering, technical support, and customer teams to ensure accurate reporting, process standardization, and continuous improvement, particularly in support of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret equipment and system performance data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools
  • Support predictive analysis to identify potential system failures and improve uptime
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering teams to document best known methods (BKMs), procedures, and manuals
  • Prepare documentation to align with customer‑specific standards and copy‑exact requirements
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to escalations, corrective actions, and system changes
  • Track, manage, and follow up on action items and key deliverables
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data insights and process optimization
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related technical role (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
