Job Description:

  • This position is responsible for supporting sales across the state by assisting with customer satisfaction, pricing and contracting, engineering, and back office support for Residential customers. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Customer Service Organization or Power Delivery is preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, account management, ally development, and experience with or knowledge of outdoor lighting products, rates, and contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills- written, oral, and interpersonal for researching customer data and creating detailed analysis and sales proposals.
  • Possess an understanding of the company’s operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and computer skills.
  • Self-starter and able to work in both an individual and team setting.
  • Ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with Residential customers who desire to have an LED light installed and placed on their bill.
  • Designing the plan for light installation, including but not limited to placement of light, pole, wiring, and other facilities.
  • Work in our JETS program to estimate and order material.
  • Preparing lighting agreement within LAMP.
  • Assist in the interaction between sales, operations, materials, and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer requests for outdoor lighting.
  • Must consistently demonstrate the behaviors of client Style, Unquestionable Trust, Superior Performance, and Total Commitment.
