What you'll do

  • Business Engagement & Analysis:Engage closely with Supply Chain product domain teams to understand and analyze their data and analytics needs, current operations, and desired outcomes. Translate these into clear business requirements and future state solutions.

  • Solution Definition & Delivery:Define and describe the "what, why, and how" of data and analytics capabilities, creating epics, user stories, and other assets for architects and engineers to implement. Ensure solutions meet business goals and deliver measurable value.

  • Collaboration & Communication:Act as the key interface between business stakeholders (including director level and above) and technical teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. Champion data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking.

  • Agile Execution & Product Support:Participate in the full product lifecycle from ideation through deployment using a scaled agile approach. Support Agile planning, product roadmap management, and risk assessment. Maintain the data platform catalog and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Technology & Tools:Utilize and support tools such as Power BI (deep expertise preferred), Tableau, SAP (especially SAP HANA), and Microsoft technology stack. Understand ERP data flows and source-to-target mapping to enable effective analytics solutions.

  • Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you'll bring

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related disciplines, ideally with exposure to Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments.

  • Strong business-facing skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI (deep knowledge preferred) and Tableau.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with data engineering concepts and tools, including data bricks and data fabric technologies.

  • Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks and product lifecycle management.

  • Background in consulting or roles requiring problem-solving using data to drive business outcomes.

  • Experience working in international and multicultural teams.
