Job Summary
Your role will focus on project management, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.
Here's what a typical day might look like:
  • Morning Check-In: Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day's tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.
  • Client Communication: Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Midday Operations: Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Daily Wrap-Up: Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Construction Operations Experience: Experience in project management or operations, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
  • Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.
  • Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
