What’s a typical day as a Data Entry Associate? You’ll be:
  • Exporting and downloading electronic files and documentation from the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform
  • Transferring, organizing, and saving files into designated folder directories on a network/shared drive (R:Drive), following standard naming conventions such as supplier, part number, and PPAP
  • Creating folders and ensuring all files are accurately managed and easily retrievable
  • Maintaining daily project logs to track file volume and completion milestones
  • Verifying file completeness and escalating any system errors, access issues, or missing files to the onsite supervisor or assigned team lead

  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Possess at least 1 year of data entry, administrative, or computer-based office experience
  • Are proficient with Windows file management (copying, moving files, directory navigation, and shortcuts) and basic functions in Microsoft Excel/Word

  • Have high attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems like ERP/MES platforms (e.g., Plex)
  • Are reliable, punctual, and able to complete a 3–4 month contract assignment
