You are a great fit here if you love consult-driven aesthetics: listening deeply, building a treatment plan, setting expectations, and delivering natural-looking results while keeping the patient experience calm, confident, and high-touch. If you are an Iowa-licensed RN injector looking for a clinic that fits around your life and gives your work room to grow, this is worth a conversation.

The Role

This is an owner-operator 4Ever Young location and the first 4Ever Young clinic in Iowa. The owner is hands-on, team-building, and directly invested in the providers who work here - providers who deliver are recognized and developed. You will serve as a patient-facing injector performing neuromodulators and dermal fillers within a physician-led, protocol-driven environment with a clear culture: high standards, genuine support, and clinical integrity in every room. The ability to guide patients through treatment plans and the broader wellness menu through education-first conversations, without being pushy, is what sets the right candidate apart. For providers who want to expand beyond the core schedule, additional clinic days are available.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections independently with advanced technique and strong safety judgment.
  • Lead patient consultations: facial assessment, treatment planning, realistic expectations, and long-term maintenance strategy.
  • Educate and guide patients into appropriate treatment plans and programs through trust-based, education-first conversations.
  • Build and retain your patient book through consistent outcomes, rebook cadence, accurate charting, and a premium patient experience in every interaction.

Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active Iowa RN license in good standing.
  • Hands-on, independent experience with both neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, or equivalent) and dermal fillers – performing both independently on paying patients today. Tox-only profiles and assisted-only profiles are not a fit for this role.
  • Available every Friday 2:00pm–6:00pm and every Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm. These shifts are the minimum commitment and are not flexible.
  • Strong consult skills with the ability to lead treatment planning and set realistic patient expectations confidently.
  • Commitment to documentation discipline and infection control standards consistent with a physician-led clinic environment.
  • Comfort with a performance-aware environment – patient education, conversion, and retention expectations are part of this role, delivered in an education-first, never-pushy way.
Preferred Experience
  • Medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery background with premium patient expectations.
  • Biostimulator experience (Sculptra, Radiesse) or strong interest in expanding scope; facial balancing mindset and a natural-results philosophy.
  • Comfort discussing broader wellness services including hormone optimization and IV therapy.
  • Availability for additional clinic hours beyond the minimum commitment.

BenefitsWhy This Role
  • Built around your schedule: Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings are the only required commitment. If you have a primary nursing role or other obligations during the week, this fits alongside it.
  • Competitive base plus commission upside: $35–$45/hr base with performance-based commission that scales with your production and patient volume. Details covered in the recruiter interview.
  • Room to grow: this can be a supplemental role today and a primary one over time. Additional hours are available for providers who want them.
  • A clinic that does it right: physician-led oversight, clear protocols, a supportive team, and a culture where high standards and genuine patient care are the expectation.
