Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Java Developer with expertise in Angular and AWS Cloud to design, develop, and deploy web and cloud-native applications. The candidate will work onsite in McLean, VA, building serverless architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and high-performance applications.
Location
McLean, VA - 100% ONSITE FROM DAY 1 (Local candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
  • Create and maintain serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch
  • Develop RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda
  • Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild
  • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks using AWS services such as CodeBuild and CodeDeploy
  • Design and develop cloud-native applications using AWS ECS, EKS, and Fargate
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and CloudWatch
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using AWS CloudWatch and X-Ray
  • Implement security best practices using AWS IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail
  • Develop automated backup and disaster recovery solutions using AWS EBS and S3
  • Collaborate with teams to implement DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8-10 years of overall IT experience
  • Advanced Java concepts and strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot
  • Very strong Angular development experience
  • Experience designing and developing cloud-native applications on AWS
  • Hands-on experience with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy
