Job description

At Amazon, we're looking for a Sr. Program Manager for Amazon Flex. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors - called delivery partners - to make deliveries to our customers.

With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on-board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more.
Amazon Flex's Service Level Standards (SLS) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the single-threaded owner for ensuring SLS enforcement readiness across all new program launches and geographic expansions worldwide. This role is critical to ensuring that enforcement frameworks are in place, aligned with leadership, and operationally sound before any new program goes live - protecting the Delivery Partner experience and Amazon's quality standards across nine countries.
This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, root cause identification, problem-solving, analytical approach and logical reasoning, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

An ideal candidate for this role should have proven expertise collaborating cross-functionally, building scalable mechanisms and communicating to senior stakeholders, including Legal, Directors and VPs.
Key job responsibilities
Launch Lifecycle Management
- Develop enforcement strategy documentation for new programs and geographic expansions
- Collaborate with country leads and the WW Growth & Expansion team to ensure seamless enforcement readiness at launch
Process & Standards Ownership
- Own and maintain the comprehensive SLS Launch Playbook, establishing standardized launch processes across all regions
- Manage launch timelines for multiple concurrent programs simultaneously
- Ensure enforcement frameworks anticipate program-specific operational nuances before launch
- Secure leadership alignment and approvals prior to go-live for all new enforcement programs
- Disseminate post-launch insights to enable horizontal deployment of learnings across markets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with all four SLS pillars: Regional Management, Critical Operations, Defect Prevention, and Standings & Enforcement
- Collaborate externally with the WW Growth & Expansion Team and Regional teams
- Act as the connective tissue between SLS enforcement strategy and broader Amazon Flex expansion priorities
