Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to provide care within the comfort of your home while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Regular work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a well-structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of patients to identify their specific mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions where you will listen actively to patients’ concerns, diagnose emotional or psychological disorders, and implement effective coping strategies.
  • Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about coping mechanisms for trauma, stress management, and available resources for mental health support.

Qualifications
