About This Role

We are a dynamic and engaging childcare center looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team. Our goal is to provide children with a fun, safe, and educational environment where they can grow, learn, and engage in enriching activities after school hours. As an Afterschool Teacher, you will supervise and engage a group of children in various activities, including arts and crafts, educational games, group discussions, and outdoor play. You will encourage positive behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.


What You'll Do

Supervise and engage children (ages 4-8 ) in afterschool activities

Plan and implement educational and recreational activities

Ensure the safety of children at all times

Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment

Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior

Maintain a clean and organized activity area


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds

Positive, patient, and energetic attitude

Must be available to work afterschool hours
