Location: Nashville, TN
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM-5:30 PM (20 hours/week; occasional evening events)
Pay: $18.73/hour

Core Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and check in/out late scholars; assist with parent communication and pickup.
  • Oversee after-school volunteers, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
  • Support club setup and daily operations, including managing snacks, Chromebook distribution, visitor check-in/out, space readiness, and weekly inventory.
  • Assist with scholar data entry and reporting.
  • Manage the afterschool phone, respond to calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Engage with families to provide updates and support for afterschool programs.
  • Track and record late scholar payments; upload payment data weekly.
  • Provide on-site support for select afterschool events.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Friendly, welcoming, and student-focused demeanor.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Kurdish, and/or Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
