Qualifications

· Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Reliable transportation

· A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities

· Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun

· Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team


What You'll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Working closely with families and your supervising BCBA, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting each child's growth and celebrating their progress every step of the way.
