Entarian is seeking an experienced UI / UX Designer who will be responsible for delivering intuitive and visually engaging designs for data visualizations, web mock-ups, improved user experience (UX), and executive presentations. As a UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with accessibility.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in large-scale technical environments involving space systems, ground infrastructure, mission operations, communications networks, or enterprise IT capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure all UI designs comply with the client and program's official style guides, standards, and accessibility regulations.
  • Create clear, concise, and effective data visualizations for complex datasets, enhancing clarity for decision-makers.
  • Design responsive, user-friendly web mock-ups that prioritize functionality and align with the needs of government cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the greater project team and developers to enhance the overall user experience of web platforms and tools, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience.
  • Design high-level executive presentations that effectively communicate complex information using clean layouts and visuals.
  • Utilize Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc. to design assets and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure design specifications are properly executed.

Salary range: $112,000.00 - $140,000.00


  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. (Equivalent experience may be considered.)
  • Minimum five (5) years UI/UX Design experience
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, particularly in compliance with government or organizational style guides.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to translate them into effective, intuitive UI designs.
  • Experience in data visualization, with a focus on creating clear and actionable graphics from complex datasets.
  • Expertise in responsive web design principles and modern design techniques.
  • Experience designing executive-level presentations, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.
  • Knowledge of compliance for government websites and applications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power-Point, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to support customer locations, mission partner engagements, and operational activities.
