Drive N-Motion in Greeley, CO is looking to hire a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to guide our customers through the auto repair process. Are you reliable, trustworthy, and friendly? This auto repair position earns a competitive starting pay with commission that can you're your income over $80,000 each year. You will have access to over 5000 internal customers who need service work along with new leads/customers who visit our dealership on a daily basis. ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS AUTO SERVICE WRITER JOB?
As our Auto Service Writer, you get to be the friendly face and problem-solving hero for our clients and their vehicles. When they roll up to the shop, you're ready to chat them up and get to the bottom of what's been causing their automotive trouble. By being a great listener and translating technical jargon, you're able to recommend services that will have them back on the road in no time.
You make scheduling appointments and tracking down parts look like a breeze, keeping our repair process from getting stuck in the slow lane. Plus, you get to work closely with our expert technicians to make sure they've got all the info they need to work their magic.
At the end of the day, your ultimate goal is making sure our automotive customers are happy and their cars are roadworthy. Seeing them zoom out of the parking lot with a grin on their face is what makes this job worth it!
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR AUTO SERVICE WRITER
  • 2+ years of experience as a service advisor at an automotive dealership or service center
  • Experience sourcing aftermarket parts
  • 21+ years of age
  • Driver's license, insurable driving record, and proof of insurance for your personal vehicle
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
