Job description

About Affinity Gaming
Affinity Gaming is a gaming and entertainment company dedicated to creating a welcoming casino experience focused on great slots, satisfying food, and fun for its guests. With properties and customer-facing brands across the gaming and hospitality landscape, Affinity Gaming relies on strong marketing, guest engagement, digital communication, and promotional execution to drive awareness, visitation, loyalty, and revenue.
The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Affinity Gaming's marketing initiatives across digital channels, property promotions, email, social media, website content, paid media, and guest engagement platforms. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day digital campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, supporting promotional calendars, analyzing campaign performance, and helping drive measurable business outcomes including traffic, engagement, database growth, reputation management, and revenue.
This position requires a hands-on digital marketer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced casino, hospitality, or entertainment environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines while collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and property teams.
  • Digital Campaign Execution: Support the planning, setup, deployment, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, paid media, social media, SMS, and other guest communication channels.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Assist with content calendars, social media posting, community engagement, creative coordination, and performance tracking across relevant platforms.
  • Reputation Management Support: Monitor, track, and help respond to guest feedback across online review platforms, social media channels, survey tools, and other digital touchpoints. Partner with property teams and guest service leadership to identify recurring service themes, escalate urgent issues, support response workflows, and use reputation insights to strengthen guest satisfaction, brand perception, and overall property performance.
  • Website & Digital Asset Management: Maintain website content, promotional landing pages, digital listings, campaign assets, and online property information to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Support paid search, display, paid social, retargeting, and other performance marketing programs in coordination with internal leadership or agency partners.
  • Promotions & Property Marketing: Partner with property marketing, casino operations, food and beverage, entertainment, and guest service teams to support promotional calendars, events, offers, and on-property campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign results, prepare performance reports, monitor digital KPIs, and provide insights that help improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Creative & Vendor Coordination: Work with designers, agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to route creative assets, manage deadlines, and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
  • Brand Consistency & Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing materials align with brand standards, gaming industry requirements, promotional guidelines, and internal approval processes.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within casino gaming, hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or multi-location consumer marketing.
  • Experience executing social media, website updates, digital advertising, and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with casino/hospitality promotional marketing preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, digital content management, paid media basics, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable interpreting marketing performance data and translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
