This position offers long-term growth potential for candidates interested in helping build and scale a developing distribution channel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, procuring and managing relationships with mortgage professionals, real estate professionals, and other affinity partners using the company CRM (Freshworks)
  • Monitoring partner activity, engagement, and production trends to help identify growth opportunities and retention risks
  • Assisting with onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement of new and existing partners
  • Helping build and maintain workflows within Freshworks CRM to improve follow-up, communication, and partner lifecycle management
  • Supporting CRM and reporting initiatives, including manual or interim processes needed to bridge gaps between systems
  • Participating in networking events, partner meetings, and in-market visits throughout Arizona and periodically in Nevada, Utah, Texas and California
  • Assisting with policies and transactions requiring underwriting review and communicating updates to partners throughout the process
  • selling homeowners insurance policies to homeowners through relationships with our lending partners. This person will also respond to customers contacting us for quotes both by phone and on line and explaining and reviewing coverages
  • Coordinating with internal departments including Direct Sales, Underwriting, and IT/Development to improve partner experience and operational efficiency
  • Helping establish scalable processes and structure to support future growth of the Affinity channel

The ideal candidate is organized, process-oriented, comfortable working with technology and CRM systems, and capable of balancing relationship procurement and management with operational responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account & relationship management and B2B sales
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Freshworks, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
  • Experience in insurance, mortgage, real estate, affinity marketing, or partner-based sales environments is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in an evolving environment
  • Comfortable working with operational processes, reporting, and workflow coordination
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Bilingual is a plus

This position is based in Arizona with a hybrid work environment and some travel required for partner meetings, training, and networking events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range of $60,000 – $90,000, depending on experience
  • Eligibility for a performance-based bonus program tied to business objectives, partner growth, engagement, and production metrics
  • Performance goals and bonus structure may evolve over time based on business priorities and the growth stage of the Affinity channel
