Do you have a heart and passion for making a difference? Affinity Healthcare Solutions Skilled Care is expanding, and we are seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to medically fragile clients in the comfort of their home and community settings.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Supporting care plans developed by skilled nurses and therapists
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in the child’s condition
  • Providing comfort, companionship, and emotional support
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing care environment
  • Accurate and timely documentation per agency, Insurance and CHAP standards
  • Requirements:
  • Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Experienced candidates preferred
  • CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to follow skilled nursing care plans
