Duties


- Lead fitness classes
- Create and implement engaging and effective workout programs for participants
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper body mechanics and form during exercises

- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and modifications as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean workout environment for all participants

Experience


- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or related role required
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics
- Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals
- Experience teaching Barre classes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with participants and provide clear instructions
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines is required (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA)
