In addition, AET is involved in IRAD projects that explore new capabilities and applications of our technologies. This role is onsite, and located in Tucson, Arizona. What You Will Do: * Work as the Program Manager to establish and manage financial baselines, ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer expectations.
* Serve as the central hub to enable the Chief Engineer, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and the functional team to execute effectively.
* Support the execution of contract requirements, including managing budgets, schedules, and technical performance metrics.
* Apply industry-standard program management processes and tools to identify risks, capitalize on opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of program milestones.
* Facilitate customer interactions, proposals, and cross-organizational coordination to support both new and sustaining business initiatives.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize program performance.
* The role requires up to 10% travel. Qualifications You Must Have: * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
* Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) principles and practices.
* Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and/or cross-functional teams.
* Experience with program or project management tools such as risk and opportunity (R&O) management, Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis, and/or similar business practices.
* Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and program access after start. Qualifications We Prefer: * Program Management Level 5 Certification or equivalent
