R&R Aesthetics & Wellness is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a lead aesthetics and wellness provider. We are seeking someone who is passionate about both aesthetics and holistic wellness and is excited to grow with a fast-paced, innovative practice that blends beauty, regenerative medicine, and functional wellness.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly adaptable RN who can serve as a primary provider across both aesthetics and wellness services. The ideal candidate is confident with patient consultations, treatment planning, sales conversations, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesAesthetic Services
  • Perform neurotoxin injections (Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.)
  • Perform dermal filler treatments
  • Perform microneedling and regenerative skin treatments
  • Perform laser hair removal and IPL/laser procedures
  • Perform medical facials, chemical peels, and skin consultations
  • Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and memberships
  • Create customized treatment journeys and package recommendations
Wellness & Medical Services
  • Administer IV hydration, Ozone and vitamin therapies
  • Perform blood draws and specimen collection
  • Support hormone optimization and wellness programs
  • Assist with or perform functional medicine and regenerative wellness services
  • Educate patients on holistic wellness recommendations
General Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient consultations and charting
  • Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and devices
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance standards are followed
  • Build strong patient relationships and encourage retention
  • Participate in marketing content, events, and social media when needed
QualificationsRequired

  • Active Texas RN license OR APRN/Nurse Practitioner license
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Very comfortable with venipuncture and IV placement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient care
  • Sales-minded with the ability to educate and convert consultations into treatment plans
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Experience in aesthetics or med spa environment
  • Experience with injectables
  • Experience with lasers or medical-grade skincare
  • Experience with EMR/charting systems and patient communication platforms

  • Interest or experience in holistic wellness and functional medicine
