Location: Belmont, NC (serving the greater Charlotte market)

Job Type: Part-Time | Contract or W-2 option, depending on fit

Experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) | Boutique Luxury Med Spa

nuGLO Medical Aesthetics is a luxury boutique med spa located in the heart of Belmont, NC, just outside Charlotte. We specialize in science-led, natural-looking results and personalized patient care in a warm, elevated clinical environment. As a growing practice, we are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector who is passionate about facial aesthetics, patient safety, and building long-term patient relationships.

This role is ideal for a provider with a refined aesthetic eye, strong consultation skills, and a commitment to delivering beautiful, balanced outcomes that never look overdone.

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, facial assessments, and treatment planning

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers

Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance plans

Create individualized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s anatomy, goals, and budget

Maintain accurate, timely, HIPAA-compliant charting within our EMR

Take and manage clinical photography in accordance with clinic protocols

Uphold all patient safety, infection control, and consent standards

Work within established Medical Director protocols and applicable North Carolina scope-of-practice requirements

Contribute to an exceptional patient experience that supports retention, referrals, and brand growth

What We’re Looking For

Active North Carolina license in good standing as an RN, NP, or PA

Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience

Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Juvederm and/or Restylane collections)

Strong consultation and conversion skills with a patient-first, ethical approach

Aesthetic philosophy centered on natural, tasteful results

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Professional, polished, and confident bedside manner

Comfortable with digital documentation and detailed charting

Reliable, self-directed, and excited to grow with a boutique practice

Preferred Qualifications

Existing patient following or strong local network in the Charlotte/Belmont market

Experience with photography, social media content, or personal brand-building

Portfolio, before-and-after examples, or professional Instagram/social handle showcasing your work
