We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse to join our OrangeTwist Team. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and services to OrangeTwist clients. They will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client care and promote a positive client experience.
Location: 1700 116th Avenue NE, Suite 101, Bellevue, WA 9800
Schedule: 4-5 shifts a week a week, minimum 3/4 weekend days a monthÂ
Compensation: Total compensation of $63-$128 hourly, based on performance
What You Will Do:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their personalized aesthetic goals and concerns Â
- Perform Good Faith ExamsÂ
- Educate clients on available treatment options, benefits, and potential risks, including pre and post treatment care instructionsÂ
- Administer injections, such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments, with precision and expertiseÂ
- Stay informed on advancements in medical aesthetics including injection techniques, skincare treatments, skincare productsÂ
- Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and desired outcomesÂ
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, if needed, to ensure comprehensive client careÂ
- Prioritize client safety during all procedures, following established protocols and guidelinesÂ
- Monitor clients for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate post-treatment care instructionsÂ
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, injection details, and post-treatment notesÂ
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledgeÂ
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clientsÂ
- Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathyÂ
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standardsÂ
- Ensure compliance with safety protocolsÂ
- Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of productsÂ
- Generate and maintain a client baseÂ
- Assist with other duties as assignedÂ
- Must exhibit excellent customer service, communication & integrity with clients.Â
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with clientsÂ
- Must enjoy and developing relationships and interacting with clients
Qualifications:
- Valid State license to practice as a Physician AssistantÂ
- - OR -Â
- Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- - AND/OR - Â
- Valid State license to practice as a Nurse PractitionerÂ
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State Â
- Additional Specialized training in medical aesthetics and injectables
- Minimum 2 year's experience with neuromodulators, dermal filler injections, and other cosmetic treatmentsÂ
