Plastic (Cosmetic) Surgery Opportunity in North Carolina - The Beach
Position Details:
Candidate must be board certified
Must have completed a cosmetic/aesthetic fellowship or have significant cosmetic experience
Start out with a mix of mostly cosmetic and some in-office consults and front room insurance cases (lesion removals, skin cancer removals, cysts, skin tags, lipomas, etc.) but transition to fully cosmetic over time.

Base Salary range based on experience with quarterly productivity bonuses
We are a small one physician practice located in Coastal North Carolina (the beach!) so offer the appeal of a southeastern coastal community. We also have a nurse injector currently in office who has a great patient base who all love her. Our office is about 6,000 sq ft with an in-office operating suite that includes pre-op room, operating room, and recovery room so definitely room to grow already. Our office has a very coastal, home-like feeling to it to prevent patients from feeling nervous or scared about coming into our office. We currently have a small but mighty team which includes 3 RN nurses, a Certified First Surgical Assist, a medical assistant and 5 supportive admin staff (front office, surgical coordinator, transcriptionist, practice administrator). We are prepared to hire more staff to support the new provider once someone is decided upon.
Our physician is very patient and employee oriented. Patient safety is the Surgeon's number one priority and his excellent bedside manner makes all of his patients love him. He is also very good about making sure that the practice employees feel that this is OUR practice, not just his practice. He is looking for someone who also shares these values and wants to make sure his patients and staff are treated with the same kindness and consideration he shows.
Our practice has been voted City's Parent's Reader Choice for Botox treatment the past two years as well as City Magazine's Best Plastic Surgeon for the past two years. We are also proud to have many 5 star reviews online that compliment the whole team's professionalism and excellent patient care.
