Job Overview

Allure Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector who holds a Nurse Practitioner/P.A. license and has Aesthetic Injectable experience. A great fit would be someone with formal training, experience and a passion about the aesthetics field. Outstanding customer service and sales skills as well as the knowledge to educate and give guidance to patients about procedures and treatments to attain desired goals. This is a rewarding position for a motivated, educated, and experienced individual who is constantly learning and perfecting their skillset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments.
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and anatomy.
  • Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic products.
  • Perform laser treatments and other aesthetic procedures offered by the practice.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, expected outcomes, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout every visit.
  • Recommend skincare products and treatment plans to enhance patient results.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients through outstanding customer service.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, promotional events, and educational opportunities to help grow the practice.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

  • Current Florida Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
