We are seeking an experienced, professional, and bilingual Receptionist to join our growing team. As a member of our front desk team, you establish a patient’s first impression both in person and over the phone. Going above and beyond for our patients is a crucial element in making them feel at home, whether they are planning their next visit or spending time with us in the office. In this role we expect you to be friendly, efficient, fast-paced, and team focused.
  • Required: Previous experience at a medical office
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Comfortable answering phones, managing schedules, and handling client communications
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) preferred
  • Excellent opportunity for Pre-health (med students, PA, RN) to gain exposure in dermatology (medical/surgical/aesthetics).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing a warm, professional, and welcoming environment
  • Greet, check in, and assist clients throughout their visit
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and faxes
