Job description

You will split time between aesthetic injectables and IV / wellness therapy. You consult, treat, educate, chart, and help clients choose a plan that is safe and realistic. All work is performed under physician or NP protocols and in accordance with state scope-of-practice rules.

This is not bedside hospital nursing. It is high-touch clinical care in a spa-like setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Injectables

•        Conduct consultations covering goals, anatomy, medical history, and contraindications

•        Administer neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau) per protocol

•        Administer dermal fillers and related treatments if trained (Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Kybella, etc.)

•        Educate clients on pre- and post-care; manage expectations and follow-up

•        Recognize and respond to complications; escalate per protocol

IV Therapy & Wellness

•        Place peripheral IVs with a high first-stick success rate

•        Mix and administer vitamin, hydration, recovery, and specialty drips per standing orders (Myers’, NAD+, glutathione, high-dose vitamin C, and other formulas offered)

•        Administer IM/SQ wellness injections (B12, lipotropic blends, etc.)

•        Monitor clients during infusion; document and report adverse reactions

•        Keep treatment rooms, carts, and inventory clean, stocked, and compliant

Clinic Operations

•        Complete accurate EMR charting, consents, photos, and inventory logs

•        Uphold HIPAA, infection control, and medical-director protocols

•        Deliver a luxury client experience and recommend appropriate treatment plans

•        Collaborate with front desk, providers, and supporting clinical staff

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•        Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in TX (compact license a plus if applicable)

•        Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

•        Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills — this is required

•        Clinical nursing experience (ER, ICU, infusion, med-surg, or outpatient preferred)

•        Professional appearance, polished communication, and discretion

•        Ability to work multiple hours and stand for treatments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•        Hands-on Botox / neuromodulator experience (training available for the right clinical candidate)

•        Dermal filler experience

•        Prior medical spa, drip bar, mobile IV, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience

•        Injectable or IV therapy certificates; CANS a plus

•        Comfort with consultations, memberships, and treatment planning
