What is an aesthetic RN injector?

An Aesthetic RN Injector is a registered nurse who specializes in administering cosmetic injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments to enhance or rejuvenate a patient's appearance. These professionals are trained in facial anatomy, injection techniques, and patient safety. They often work in medical spas, dermatology clinics, or plastic surgery offices, collaborating with physicians to provide aesthetic treatments. Their role also includes patient assessment, developing treatment plans, and educating clients about procedures and aftercare.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an aesthetic RN injector?

To thrive as an Aesthetic RN Injector, you need a registered nursing license, a solid understanding of facial anatomy, and specialized training or certification in cosmetic injectables like Botox and dermal fillers. Job description

Company:
4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions, Med Spa & Wellness Center
Locations:
Hoboken, NJ + Edgewater, NJ - On-Site (Two-Location Role)
Schedule:
(W2) - Fri/Sat core + Thu and more as available; two locations
Compensation:
$65-$75/hr base commensurate with experience, plus commission - details in recruiter interview
Experience:
2+ years hands-on aesthetic injecting (Botox + dermal fillers)
You are a great fit here if you love consult-driven aesthetics: listening deeply, building a treatment plan, setting expectations, and delivering natural-looking results - while keeping the client experience calm, confident, and high-touch. You also like variety. Two locations, a consistent weekly rhythm, and an owner who is genuinely invested in your growth.
About This Practice
This is an owner-operator 4Ever Young practice spanning two NJ waterfront locations - Hoboken and Edgewater. The owner is hands-on, team-building, and runs both locations with high standards and a direct partnership approach. Good work gets noticed - and rewarded with development.
4Ever Young is a full-spectrum anti-aging and wellness center model: injectables, hormone optimization, IV therapy, medical weight loss, and longevity care under one roof. This is not a single-service med spa. The right provider here is someone who is excellent at injectables and genuinely curious about the broader model.
What You'll Do
  • Lead education-first consultations: assess goals, recommend a treatment plan, set expectations, and secure the next step (rebook or plan).
  • Perform core injectable services - neuromodulators and dermal fillers - with strong safety fundamentals and natural results.
  • Build and retain a loyal patient book through consistent rebook cadence, follow-up, and natural-results credibility.
  • Work across two clinic environments - Fridays at Hoboken, Saturdays alternating between both locations, with Thursdays at Edgewater and additional hours as available/needed.
  • Expand your scope over time - biostimulators, devices, and wellness services are supported and encouraged here.
  • Maintain clear documentation and a premium client experience - high EQ, calm under pressure, solutions-first.
  • Support broader clinic workflow as needed, including wellness-forward processes and protocol-driven clinical steps.
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active New Jersey RN license.
  • 2+ years hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (Botox plus dermal fillers) with confidence working independently in-room.
  • Strong consult communication and comfort recommending treatment plans (including packages when appropriate) in an education-first way.
  • Ability to commit to a consistent multi-location schedule - Fridays at Hoboken, Saturdays alternating, with Thursdays at Edgewater.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Biostimulator experience (Sculptra, Radiesse) or strong interest in expanding scope.
  • Facial balancing mindset and documented case examples.
  • Laser or device experience, or genuine interest in learning.
  • Wellness and longevity clinic experience (hormone therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss) or genuine interest in the model.
  • Polished, client-ready professionalism and a positive, team-first presence.
Credential note: NJ-licensed NP/APN or PA will be considered if open to the same W2 hourly plus commission structure.
Benefits
Why This Role Stands Out
  • A hands-on owner who invests in the team. Both locations are run actively with a focus on building - not just filling chairs. If you are the kind of provider who wants to be seen and developed, this is that environment.
  • Two locations, one consistent schedule. Fridays at Hoboken, Saturdays alternating, optional Thursdays at Edgewater - predictable rhythm with built-in variety.
  • Real scope expansion. Biostimulators, devices, and wellness services are actively supported. You are not limited to what you walk in with.
  • Compensation: $65-$75/hr base, commensurate with experience. Commission structure covered in recruiter interview.
  • Full-spectrum model - injectables + hormone optimization + IV therapy + medical weight loss - for providers who want to work in a center that does more than Botox.
  • Employee pricing on certain services and products per clinic policy (where applicable).
