Job description

NIMA is seeking to expand our team in Las Vegas. This position requires an NP License in good standing. We are looking for an NP that is passionate, accountable, creative and absolutely love people. POSITION: Prescribing
Medical Provider
DEPARTMENT: Clinical
REPORTS TO: Clinic Director
JOB SUMMARY: The primary roles of the Prescribing Medical Provider are to perform pre evaluations on medical-grade services and to prescribe numbing cream, prescription-grade skin care, and any other prescriptions needed to complement the skin care treatments or skincare needs of clients. The Medical Provider works synergistically with the team to provide a remarkable customer experience for all NIMA clients.
EDUCATION:
Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a Physician Assistant (PA)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  1. Hold a passion for medical aesthetics products and treatments.
  2. Must be customer service-oriented with a quality care focus.
  3. Have the ability to deliver remarkable customer service and work well in a team environment.
  4. Proficient in injectable techniques and products including Galderma, Allergan, Merz, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), and EZ Gel.
  5. Comfortable and confident on camera: NIMA maintains a strong social media presence, and candidates should be willing to participate in content creation (before/afters, treatment highlights, educational posts, etc.) to help grow our online brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Consult with patients for the following services: Cosmetic injections, advanced laser services, and any treatment-related concerns.
โ€ข Consult with patients on prescriptions related to services or products at NIMA.
โ€ข Performs customer service follow-up calls when requested by Clinical Director.
โ€ข Performs HIPPA compliant virtual consults when needed for patient care, questions, or consultations.
โ€ข Ensures overall customer service satisfaction of patients.
โ€ข Maintains an understanding of all products and services offered at NIMA.
โ€ข Participates in social media content creation as needed to support NIMA's online brand presence.
โ€ข Required to actively post on their own social media platforms to promote themselves as a provider and help drive client bookings.
SELECTION PROCESS:
โ€ข Final candidates will be asked to complete a working interview, including providing a model for a live treatment demonstration, as part of the selection process.
