Position Overview:
The Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the med spa while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate has prior experience as an esthetician and a strong background in customer service, skincare products, and medical spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front office operations and staff scheduling

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive client experience

  • Assist with client consultations and recommend skincare products and treatments

  • Support the clinical team and ensure smooth workflow throughout the spa

  • Handle appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Maintain inventory of skincare products and supplies

  • Drive retail sales through product knowledge and client education

  • Ensure compliance with spa policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a medical spa required

  • Licensed esthetician preferred

  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with scheduling software and office management

  • Sales experience, especially with skincare products, is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
