Job description

About Us
At Eastside Aesthetics & Wellness, we provide a warm, collaborative environment where both clients and providers are supported and respected. Our culture is grounded in professionalism, ethics, and a commitment to delivering natural, conservative, results-driven care.
We are a growing aesthetics practice with increasing demand for advanced energy-based treatments, and we are actively expanding our laser and skin rejuvenation services.
We value providers who are not only clinically skilled, but also interested in shaping how care is delivered as the practice evolves. This is a part time role with the ability to grow into full time.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced laser clinician to step into a dual clinical and leadership role responsible for both delivering advanced treatments and building out our esthetics and laser program.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will maintain a clinical schedule while actively developing protocols, training team members, and expanding our laser-based services.
This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership over a growing laser department and is excited to help shape its long-term structure, standards, and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced laser and light-based treatments including BBL/IPL and skin resurfacing procedures
- Serve as clinical lead for the development and expansion of laser services
- Build and refine treatment protocols, workflows, and best practices
- Train and mentor estheticians and clinical staff on devices, safety, and treatment delivery
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and treatment planning
- Ensure safe, effective, and consistent use of all energy-based devices
- Support growth of the laser program through patient education and service excellence
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on service expansion and clinic strategy
Requirements
- Active Washington State Master Esthetician License (required)
- Proven experience with skin resurfacing lasers
- Minimum 3-5+ years in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced laser treatments independently and confidently
- Prior experience mentoring or training clinical staff strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of laser safety, protocols, and treatment parameters
- Comfortable balancing a full clinical schedule with leadership responsibilities
Compensation
$25-$35/hr + commission + tips.
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where clinical expertise and program ownership come together. You will not only perform advanced treatments, but also directly influence how a growing laser and aesthetics program is built and delivered.
FLSA Status
Non-exempt
