Job description

Looking for a dynamic NP or PA, to join our Medical Spa Center. Must be independent and have experience injecting Botox & fillers, performing PRP, microneedling, as well as IV therapy infusion. Preferred candidates are those who are PA-c or Nurse Practitioners and have their clientele and are willing to grow with the company.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE INJECTING BOTOX and FILLERS!

Job Types:  Part-time position and per-diem.

OBJECTIVES:
  • Provide safe injectable treatments with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, etc.
  • Provide skin treatments including but not limited to microneedling, microneedling + radiofrequency, chemical peels, laser treatments.
  • Recommend appropriate medical-grade skin care regimens.
  • Maintain accurate and current medical records.
  • Maintain an active social media presence, including but not limited to Instagram.
  • Participate in monthly or quarterly Personal, Professional and Financial (PPF) Goal meetings.

COMPETENCIES:
  • Expertise and clinical competence of injection techniques and skin care treatments.
  • In-depth knowledge of, anatomy, and preventing and managing complications.
  • Understanding of appropriate dosing and administration of medications such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Kybella, etc.
  • Ability to conduct a successful consultation that includes a thorough facial assessment and discussion of all pertinent treatment modalities.
  • Expertise in common skin conditions and ability to recommend medical skin treatments and medical-grade skin care.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram.
  • Obtain and create before and afters of excellent treatment outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent team and individual work skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Active California License: Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner. License must be in good standing with the associated Board.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in medical aesthetics.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in customer service. (Preferred, not required).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged standing throughout the day.
  • Bending, kneeling and lifting 15lbs.
