What Youโ€™ll Own
  • Deliver safe, effective injectable and aesthetic treatments in compliance with protocol and training
  • Conduct consultations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $57.00-$70.00 per hour
  • Annual Bonus Opportunity: Based on Performance
  • Annual Earning Potential: $120k - $200k+

  • Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make. Youโ€™ll earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate plus additional incentive based on your site's overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets, earning potential is truly uncapped . This structure supports what matters most hereโ€”delivering exceptional patient care, building strong treatment plans, and contributing to practice growth as part of a high-performing team. Full transparency around targets, payout structure, and performance expectations will be provided during the interview process.
