Employment:
Full-Time or Part-TimeW2On-Site
If you are a clinically excellent injector who wants to be the trusted provider in a stable, standards-driven center rather than a high-volume production environment, this role is worth your attention.
The Role
This is the provider anchor role at a family-style Waukee clinic with high standards and a clear culture: work/life balance is valued, but the team hires professionals who deliver results, bring maturity to patient care, and elevate the room they are in. You will serve as the primary patient-facing injector while supporting broader provider responsibilities within the clinic model, including evaluation processes, documentation, and protocol standards. Clinical excellence is the foundation. The ability to convert through education across the full menu, injectables and wellness services, without being pushy, is what separates the right candidate from the field.
What You'll Do
  • Perform neuromodulators and dermal fillers with advanced technique and strong safety judgment.
  • Lead full consults: facial assessment, treatment planning, and long-term maintenance strategy across the patient relationship.
  • Support provider responsibilities within clinic protocols, including evaluation processes and documentation standards.
  • Educate and guide patients into plans, memberships, and programs through trust-based conversations, not pressure.
  • Maintain accurate charting and uphold a premium patient experience and clinic culture in every interaction.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to strengthen consistency, patient outcomes, and long-term retention.
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active NP or PA license in good standing and Iowa-licensed or actively in process.
  • Hands-on, independent aesthetic injecting experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers. This role is not a training position.
  • Strong consult and communication skills with the ability to lead treatment planning conversations confidently and in an education-first way.
  • Comfort with performance expectations around conversion, membership attachment, and patient retention.
  • Mature clinical judgment and documentation discipline consistent with a physician-led clinic environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience with premium patient expectations.
  • Longevity or wellness experience, or genuine curiosity around optimization, hormones, and program-based patient care.
  • Comfort supporting hormone and optimization conversations within clinic protocols.
  • Familiarity with consult conversion metrics: ticket value, membership attachment, rebooking rate.
  • Strong service recovery instincts and comfort navigating difficult patient conversations.
  • Experience mentoring other injectors or raising clinical standards on a team.
  • Local patient following or an established referral network.
What Success Looks Like
  • You are the clinical authority patients trust to protect their outcomes and guide their long-term plan.
  • Your patients rebook, refer, and stay. Retention and rebooking are strong.
  • You can speak intelligently and responsibly about the full 4Ever Young menu, injectables and wellness alike.
  • You are steady, professional, and raise the standard of the room simply by being in it.
Benefits
Why This Role
  • Competitive base plus performance upside: $50-$65/hr base with a commission structure that rewards consultative, high-performing providers. Details reviewed in the recruiter interview.
  • Predictable schedule: Tue-Fri plus a Saturday half day. Closed Sunday and Monday.
  • A center that does things the right way: high standards, physician-led oversight, clear protocols, and a culture built on professionalism and trust.
  • Autonomy with support: you own your patient relationships and treatment plans within a structure that backs you up clinically and operationally.
  • Full-Time or Part-Time schedule structure discussed in the interview based on your availability and the center's needs.
