The Injector Assistant supports medical providers during aesthetic treatments while enhancing the overall patient experience and contributing to clinic revenue through education, recommendation reinforcement, and retail support. This role blends clinical assistance, hospitality, and consultative sales.

Role and Responsibilities

Clinical Support
  • Prepare treatment rooms prior to each patient (cleanliness, stocking, device readiness)
  • Assist injectors during procedures (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators)
  • Maintain strict aseptic technique and infection control standards
  • Apply topical numbing agents as directed
  • Support patient positioning, comfort, and post-care instructions
  • Document treatment details in EMR as directed by provider
Patient Experience
  • Greet and room patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Create a welcoming, high-touch experience throughout the visit
  • Reinforce provider recommendations and treatment plans
  • Ensure clear understanding of post-care and next steps
  • Build strong relationships to drive retention and loyalty
Sales & Revenue Support
  • Confidently educate patients on recommended treatments, packages, and skincare products
  • Reinforce provider treatment plans to improve case acceptance
