How you create impact
As an Air Logistics Aerospace Customer Care Specialist, you will support a high-touch aerospace customer by delivering a consistent and exceptional customer experience across import and export shipments. You will take ownership of shipment monitoring, proactive communication, and problem resolution while working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure customer expectations are met and strong service performance is maintained.
  • Own and monitor customer shipments, ensuring requirements and shipment information are communicated accurately across internal teams.
  • Provide proactive updates and maintain frequent communication with customers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
  • Respond to customer questions, feedback, complaints, and escalations; coordinate timely corrective action when issues arise.
  • Collaborate with Operational Care, Revenue Care, gateways, pricing, procurement, sales, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure applicable regulatory and compliance requirements are followed.
  • Support customer implementations and ongoing service improvements.
  • Execute spot quotations with a focus on timely response and profitability.
  • Promote Kuehne+Nagel products and digital solutions based on customer needs.
  • Support customer retention and growth while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and profitability.

What we would like you to bring
You have experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, or logistics and understand the importance of ownership, responsiveness, and clear customer communication. You can manage competing priorities, solve problems efficiently, and work across multiple teams to keep shipments moving and customers informed.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Air Logistics, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and regulations.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to monitor shipments and identify potential issues before they become larger problems.
