Electronic Solutions develops the avionics, navigation systems, sensors and electromagnetic defense technology that help aircraft perform safely and with precision. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading efforts in process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive quality improvements and culture throughout the facility by strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, driving corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Conduct CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining manufacturing efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with PPAP, NCR/MRB, CAPA, and FMEA processes.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, including statistical analysis software and quality improvement methodologies.

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
