Join Indotronix as a Structure Payloads Design Engineer Level 4 in Everett, WA or Renton, WA. As a senior onsite engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of aircraft interiors and structural payload systems. This is a hands-on position, offering you opportunities to lead projects, work with cutting-edge technology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Lead the development, integration, and documentation of interior payload system requirements to establish system design
- Oversee analysis and test/inspection results to verify systems and components meet specifications
- Manage supplier performance, coordinate with suppliers, and drive design optimization to meet program goals
- Pioneer new design and analysis processes and tools to enhance quality and development efficiency
- Research emerging technologies to conceptualize future product designs for evolving requirements
- Guide teams in developing, maintaining, and modifying structural and interior payload system/component designs using advanced 3D CAD tools, ensuring seamless product definition through the lifecycle
