CNC 4 & 5-Axis Set-Up Machinist - Experienced- Aerospace & Defense Machine Shop

Advance CNC Machining-Grove City, Ohio

$40 per hour DOE


We are seeking an experiencedSet up Machinistwho's enjoyable to work with, that demonstrates theeffectiveness,ownership,anddriveneeded to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.

What You'll Do

As our experienced Machinist, you'll provide accurate setup expertise while modeling theaccountability, resourcefulness,andcollaborationthat define our culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up CNC machining centers for production
  • Creating first article parts for verification
  • Supporting CNC Operators during production runs


Compensation Package includes:

  • 401k plan with agenerous 100% employer matchup to $5200 per year

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced CNC Set up Machinist who brings theproactivity, integrity,andaptitudeto excel in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment.

The skills needed:

  • Strong ability toread and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
  • Proficiency withprecision measurement toolsincluding calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming.
  • Knowledge of CNC machines
