*This is a 100% remote role for a candidate located within the Eastern Time Zone in the US.*

As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of operational activities, predominantly within North America, across the Zeitview Utilities vertical. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs. In this role, you will provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects, while demonstrating operational excellence, resulting in delighted customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Work within the Operations team to conduct pre, during, and post mission planning, mission execution and data quality check in assigned verticals demonstrating operational excellence resulting in delighted customers
  • Coordinate with customers and Zeitview Sr FOS (Sr. Field Operations Specialist) to understand logistics and scheduling constraints in order to support safe and efficient project execution
  • Work with Field Leads to project manage field operations for data collection, solving / escalating issues that arise, while proactively communicating with and setting customer expectations
  • Possess an understanding of drone capabilities, drone and airspace regulations/applications, and follow procedures within Zeitview's standard operating procedures
  • Solve problems in real-time and ensure delivery of high quality Zeitview deliverables to our customers whether that is a customer concern relating to scope, software concerns, SME reporting, billing, or a field related issue that needs instant resolution from a Sr. FOS.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Sr. FOS's and customers for general inquiries
  • Possess an understanding of Zeitview's online, desktop, and mobile software platforms.
  • Work directly with internal teams to understand, execute, and troubleshoot projects effectively, such as Account Management and field QAQC (file bug reports)
  • Maintain awareness and visibility to the pipeline for your assigned vertical to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in all statuses and execute all statuses accordingly
  • Identify gaps in processes and procedures, and report these to your Operations Manager
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts accurately
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Interested in technology and the drone space. Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure and in rapidly changing situations
  • Proficiency in using scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack
  • High degree of accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in English with the ability to serve as a professional and effective liaison between clients and pilots in the field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

This role has a base salary range of $50,000 - $64,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location within USA.
