SUMMARY
The Custom Applicator is responsible for excellent customer service, safe and efficient application of chemicals and fertilizer products, as well as general maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Includes the following and other duties may be assigned).
Responsible for:
- Maintaining the custom application machine and keeping it clean.
- Maintaining application records of chemicals and fertilizer.
- Housekeeping of fertilizer grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Performing preventable and required maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Selling, mixing, delivering, and applying fertilizer and ag chemicals to and for cooperative customers. Making a sales ticket is required.
- Performing according to company safety policies, OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
- Adhering to cooperative credit policy.
- Promoting and adhering to the company Core Values of honesty, integrity & teamwork.
- Securing equipment and facilities when closing.
- Promptly and regularly reporting to work and working overtime hours as needed.
- Presenting a clean and professional appearance.
- Employee is required to perform all other duties as directed.
