About the Role

You’re a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. With a strong foundation in marketing, design, and administrative support, you bring creativity and strategic thinking to every project. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, staying extremely organized and delivering high‑quality work that aligns with Colliers’ brand standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level support to commercial real‑estate brokerage producers.
  • Engage in a well‑rounded list of contributions for the brokerage team, including marketing, graphic design, project management and administrative functions.
  • Partner with brokers, research, marketing and client service coordinators to support the overall success of the office.
  • Gather and curate content with client service coordinators and brokers to execute marketing tactics such as brochure/flyer development, broker opinion of value, advertising, website edits, aerial/retail mapping, email marketing, social media tiles and direct mail.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with Colliers Brand Guidelines and use Colliers‑branded templates.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing services experience in the Commercial Real Estate field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficient in intermediate functions of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; employer will not sponsor work visas.
Location and Compensation

Location: Various cities (fully onsite).
Approximate Salary Range: $70,304 to $85,000.
