To thrive as an AEM Technical Specialist, you need expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, web development languages (such as Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and a relevant degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, RESTful APIs, version control systems (Git), and AEM certifications are highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills help you collaborate effectively and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
