Architect will design and govern robust Adobe AEM solutions across sites, forms, frontend and backend capabilities for global clients, translating business requirements into scalable architectures that enhance digital experience, optimize content operations and align with hybrid work practices while supporting manufacturing and supply chain and research and development use cases in a day shift role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design end to end Adobe AEM architectures that integrate forms sites frontend and backend components to deliver consistent and scalable digital experiences for global stakeholders across a hybrid work environment.
  • Drive solution blueprints for complex AEM implementations by translating business goals into technical designs that emphasize performance security maintainability and reuse across multiple product lines.
  • Oversee configuration and customization of AEM sites and related modules to support content authoring workflows multilingual experiences and personalized journeys that improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Guide development teams on AEM frontend implementation including component driven design responsive layouts and client side optimization to ensure accessible fast and intuitive interfaces.
  • Direct backend solution patterns for AEM including service layer design integration patterns and content modeling so that systems are loosely coupled resilient and easier to evolve over time.
  • Coordinate with enterprise architects product owners and manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to align AEM capabilities with operational process optimization and digital thread initiatives.
  • Partner with research and development teams to explore innovative AEM use cases experimentation frameworks and proof of concept efforts that accelerate product innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish reference architectures coding standards and review practices for Adobe AEM solutions so that delivery quality remains consistently high across distributed teams working in a hybrid model.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance experts to embed privacy data protection and access control requirements within AEM solutions while meeting industry regulations and internal governance expectations.
  • Optimize AEM performance by defining caching strategies content structure guidelines and monitoring dashboards that enable proactive detection and resolution of issues before they impact business operations.

Qualifications:
  1. Require extensive hands on experience designing and implementing Adobe AEM solutions across forms sites frontend and backend modules with a strong focus on large scale enterprise deployments.
  2. Require proven background in AEM sites architecture including content modeling template frameworks component design and workflow configuration to support complex business structures.
  3. Require strong understanding of web technologies including modern frontend approaches Java based backend development and integration techniques applicable within the Adobe AEM ecosystem.
  4. Require ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in a hybrid work arrangement while communicating complex architectural concepts in clear and practical terms.
  5. Nice to have experience applying AEM capabilities to manufacturing and supply chain business scenarios such as product information distribution dealer portals and field enablement solutions.
