  • Deliver product demonstrations, customized training sessions, webinars, and presentations to clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Data Science, Client Success, Training, and Technical teams to address client needs and enhance the client experience.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including client onboarding, implementation support, product launches, and client success programs.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback, market trends, and product enhancement opportunities to support solution development and roadmap planning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Represent the Product Advisor function in cross-functional initiatives by providing subject matter expertise and supporting strategic business objectives.
  • Develop client engagement strategies that increase product utilization, value realization, and long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and coach Product Advisor team members by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and leadership support.
