The role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines, orchestration, and APIs, while partnering with a front-end developer and senior team member. The team will revamp advanced Power BI dashboards and enable reliable analytics for clinical research initiatives, including continuous glucose monitoring studies.

- Collaborate with the research team to develop data analysis plans for clinical trials.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with team members to interpret data and provide insights that inform decisions.
- Develop and implement data governance to support consistency and shared understanding.
- Stay current with research and industry developments in continuous glucose monitoring devices.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation in clinical trials.
- Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance patient recruitment, engagement, and retention using digital technologies.
- Analyze and interpret data from digital solutions to improve trial outcomes.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Python programming, including development, testing, and maintenance of analytics automation.
- Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and pipeline scheduling.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including querying, data modeling, and optimization.
- Experience developing or integrating APIs using FastAPI.
- Advanced Power BI preferred. Tableau acceptable as an alternative.
- Background in mid-sized to large companies is preferred. Experience in CRO, pharma, biotech, or medical device environments is beneficial.
