Job Description
This role documents, visualize and operationalize risk intelligence across the Digital Workplace organization. This individual is a subject matter expert and strategic consultant, supporting VP-level teams in embedding strong risk management practices into their daily operations.
Enterprise-Aligned Risk Assessments: Leads the execution of formal risk assessments (e.g., PRSA, RCSA, PRA) across supported VP areas, ensuring each assessment is scoped, executed, and documented in alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and standards.
Control Design Consultation: Serves as an embedded advisor to product and engineering teams on the design, documentation, and implementation of effective, auditable controls tailored to their risk profile and business processes.
Risk Register: Maintains the centralized risk and issue register, ensuring risks are consistently logged, categorized, and monitored through to resolution. Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure accountability and transparency.
Risk Intelligence Reporting: Develops and maintains a comprehensive risk and issue heatmap to visualize portfolio-level exposure, emerging themes, and recurring control gaps. Delivers data-informed insights to guide remediation prioritization.
Remediation Guidance & Advisory: Provides strategic input to cross-functional teams on root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions. Ensures remediation plans align with risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and long-term operational resilience.
Assessment Readiness & Planning: Coordinates and sequences risk assessments in partnership with GRC leadership, regulatory leads, and enterprise risk teams-ensuring coverage and timing align with business and compliance needs.
Continuous Improvement: Monitors trends, industry shifts, and internal challenges to continuously uplift the quality, depth, and value of risk assessments. Advises leadership on opportunities to improve risk visibility and reduce residual exposure.
